Gypsy Shoot: Before and After

Several months ago I did a shoot just for fun. I grabbed a photographer friend and she was kind enough to be in front of the camera for a change. She even let me dress her up. This was my Gypsy Shoot.

We picked out a dress, scarves, and jewelry.  She researched how to do gypsy make up. The mosquitoes were out in force and we swatted them in between shots.  We were hot, sticky, itchy, and happy.

When I got home and loaded those pictures I was so proud of us. We did a good job.  As happy as I was and still am with that shoot I decided to go back to those files and play again.

The weather in most states have changed already, and I don't get to see many pretty leaves. So I was inspired to learn something new. I loved how it turned out.

As I've been learning more and more about my craft I have also learned that it's OK to be happy with something as is, but it's also OK to try new things. Experiment with the little things in life, you may learn something new.
